What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a trusted advisor to participants of qualified retirement accounts
- Help participants understand their options and set financial goals
- Provide planning and advice on investment and retirement strategy
- Work with a dedicated assistant for administrative tasks and account funding
- Maintain a constant pipeline of clients and develop a personal business plan
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent professional experience
- FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65; or FINRA Series 7 and 66
- One year of experience in the financial services industry
- Basic knowledge of financial products
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficiency using MS Office
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Life License
- CFP and/or CRPC certification
- Knowledge of CRM platforms and digital financial advice platforms
