      Req#: 977629

      This position is located in our Surya warehouse and is responsible for performing multiple tasks associated with the return and credit of Surya products as well as processing freight claims. The Returns Specialist reports directly to the Returns Supervisor and works with multiple Surya departments, such as Shipping, Receiving, Customer Care and Accounting.


      Job Responsibilities:

      1. Review all returns labels after they are received in the returns department.

      2. Credit and note each authorized and unauthorized return with the correct information. All returns must be processed and credited to the customer within 24-48 hours after receipt.

      3. Contact the customers when there are concerns regarding any returns including items received that are non-Surya products.

      4. Scan and then email supporting documents for non-Surya items to customers.

      5. Create the End of Day Report which includes: processed returns, defectives, damages, pending returns, # of Fed Ex, UPS, USPS, and LTL returns. This report is created daily and emailed.

      6. Use the Authorized Returns Report and Generate Transactions applications within MAS to create the Batch Report each day for Surya and Artistic Weaver returns.

      7. Process returns requests from customers as needed.

      8. Process freight claims as needed.

      9. Provide additional support as requested by Supervisor.
