      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Read and interpret remittance advice and EOBs to ensure accurate billing
      - Problem-solve issues by contacting carriers and clients, and recommend solutions to management
      - Work with complex denial categories and establish processes for appeals
      - Verify patient insurance coverage and maintain accurate logs/records
      - Provide clear and accurate feedback to the originator of correspondence or phone calls

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required
      - Minimum of 2 years of previous relevant work experience required; prior RCM Sr. Accounts Receivable Specialist experience strongly preferred
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures
      - Excellent organizational and communication skills
      - Proficiency in Alpha-Numeric Data Entry and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with LCBS billing screens and RTPA for necessary adjustments
      - Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity
      - Experience in an adaptable and flexible team environment
      - Excellent research skills
      - Extensive experience with computer and phone work
