  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Assist in the insurance process for patients receiving dialysis treatments
  - Collaborate with Regional Reimbursement Specialists to ensure proper billing
  - Provide exceptional customer service to all constituents involved in the insurance process
  - Maintain accurate electronic tracking of patient information
  - Communicate professionally through phone and email interactions
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and computer literacy
  - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  - Excellent problem-solving abilities
  - Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written
  - Experience in healthcare or insurance-related roles preferred
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Previous experience in a patient coordination or referral role
  - Familiarity with the healthcare insurance process
  - Ability to work independently while being part of a team
  - Strong customer service orientation
  - Knowledge of dialysis treatment processes is a plus
