      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure accurate and timely billing and collection of medical claims
      - Conduct chart reviews on documentation and coding to ensure compliance
      - Train providers in proper documentation and coding based on chart review findings
      - Process all charges and clear coding edits generated by EMR/PM systems
      - Serve as an intermediary between healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in medical coding, medical auditing, or billing in a multi-specialty outpatient/professional billing setting
      - Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) through AHIMA OR Certified Coding Specialist - Physician (CCS-P) through AHIMA OR Certified Professional Coder (CPC) through AAPC
      - Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Epic or other medical billing software
      - Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and other third-party insurers
      - Proven ability to multitask and manage complex tasks
      - Attention to detail and accuracy in coding and billing processes
