      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide support and analysis to improve revenue cycle operations across the organization
      - Collaborate with end-users, vendors, and internal information systems staff to enhance business and clinical processes
      - Develop work plans and train users on system functionalities
      - Document current business processes to ensure alignment with departmental needs
      - Work closely with the Enrollment team and other network staff for effective billing setup

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or formal technical training or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related position
      - Strong analytical skills to promote system and workflow improvements
      - Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
      - Excellent communication skills to train users and document processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with revenue cycle management systems or healthcare operations
      - Familiarity with billing and enrollment processes in a healthcare setting
      - Skills in project management or process improvement methodologies
