      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Configure and build Hospital Billing changes while maintaining industry and client standards
      - Translate user requirements into functional and technical design specifications
      - Act as a mentor and subject matter expert to team members
      - Lead Epic software upgrade initiatives and workflow enhancements
      - Serve as a liaison between Operations, Information Technology, and Third-Party Systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Active/certified in Epic Resolute Hospital Billing and Resolute Hospital Billing Claims
      - 4+ years of healthcare experience and direct client healthcare domain knowledge
      - 4+ years of Subject Matter Expertise in relevant applications
      - 4+ years of knowledge of revenue cycle metrics and process improvement techniques
      - 2+ years of Epic Experience and direct client experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Completed Epic CEE to maintain certifications and proficiencies
      - Knowledge in policies and procedures related to operational functions
      - Demonstrated ability in team management, cross-team communication, and leadership skills
      - Proficiency with MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
