      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process requests to add or edit payor sources, rate tables, and service codes in a timely manner
      - Analyze payor source information to ensure accurate billing setup per payor requirements
      - Research payor billing requirements and address inconsistencies that may lead to claim errors
      - Collaborate with other departments to develop effective solutions for claim submission issues
      - Review paid versus expected data to identify claims not reimbursed as expected and track resolution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required
      - Minimum of three (3+) years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle support
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in creating spreadsheets
      - Strong data entry skills with the ability to type 45-50 WPM with high accuracy
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated customer service experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in home health and hospice billing and collections
      - Demonstrated research and analytical skills
      - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
