What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage assigned programs to meet business objectives and align with defined strategies
- Develop program goals, infrastructure, and management tools to track progress
- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure resources are effectively allocated
- Recommend and monitor program budgets, adjusting plans as necessary
- Communicate program quality outcomes and address project issues to keep goals on track
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership or management experience
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to develop and implement program plans and reporting capabilities
- Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and resources
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- PMP certification
- 3 years of leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience in program management or healthcare operations
- Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and practices
