      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare Excel analyses, including V-Lookups and pivot tables, to document and validate data for charge master accuracy
      - Evaluate and implement charge requests using appropriate coding and pricing to ensure compliance with clinical guidelines
      - Conduct charge capture audits by reviewing patient records and billing data to identify discrepancies and develop resolutions
      - Analyze data to summarize findings and prepare materials for discussions with clinical and finance teams
      - Collaborate with various departments to resolve discrepancies related to charge description master and revenue integrity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Expertise in charge description master, CPT/HCPCS, NCCI, MUE, pricing, and payer contracts
      - Strong skills in V-Lookups and pivot tables
      - Demonstrated ability in systematic data gathering, compilation, and validation
      - Understanding of billing and revenue recognition practices
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification as a CPC or COC, or experience in RAD ONC
      - Experience working with Utilization Management (UM), Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI), and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
