      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform reviews and updates related to Charge Description Master (CDM) integrity across all cost centers
      - Evaluate charging processes to ensure compliance with government and payer requirements
      - Analyze changes to coding and billing rules, and provide guidance on charge capture and billing processes
      - Collaborate with various departments on revenue management initiatives and project participation
      - Prepare statistical reports to illustrate findings and ensure accurate financial reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Healthcare Administration, Accounting, or Finance
      - 2-3 years of healthcare-related experience
      - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
      - Knowledge of CPT/HCPCS codes and revenue codes
      - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with EPIC P/R and Craneware (Chargemaster Toolkit/Online Reference Toolkit)
      - Strong financial management skills with the ability to analyze data for operational guidance
      - Experience in revenue integrity processes and their impact on the revenue cycle
