What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure rate parity across all online distribution channels and manage promotional offers
- Conduct pace and pickup analysis to monitor demand trends and booking behavior
- Maintain and improve databases and reporting tools for internal use
- Manage room inventory using brand systems to maximize revenue and occupancy
- Monitor market trends and provide strategic pricing recommendations based on market conditions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong interest in hotel revenue management and commercial strategy
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office tools; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus
- Familiarity with hotel systems such as PMS, CRS, RMS (Opera, OnQ, Synxis, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in hotel revenue management or a related field
- Knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools
- Familiarity with competitive research and market benchmarking
