      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer and optimize the sales toolset to align with best practices and business needs
      - Identify opportunities for automation and streamlining of sales processes within CRM
      - Collaborate with Sales, IT, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
      - Gather business requirements and write detailed documentation for system improvements
      - Conduct training sessions in partnership with Sales Enablement for effective tool usage

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent work experience strongly preferred
      - Minimum of 3+ years of experience in CRM/systems administration, revenue operations, or sales operations, preferably in B2B SaaS
      - Expertise in sales technology platforms such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Clari, and Delivr.ai
      - Strong understanding of business processes and technology enhancements
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills with obsessive attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with intent data platforms, customer data platforms (CDPs), and analytics tools
      - Demonstrated ability to streamline complex systems and drive process improvements
      - Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision
