      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer and optimize sales tools to ensure they align with best practices and meet business needs
      - Identify opportunities to automate and streamline sales processes within the CRM to enhance efficiency
      - Collaborate with Sales, IT, Marketing, and Finance teams to align business objectives and workflows
      - Gather business requirements and write detailed documentation for the salesforce team to implement improvements
      - Conduct training sessions for Sales Enablement to maximize tool adoption and usage across teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent work experience is strongly preferred
      - Minimum of 3+ years of experience in CRM/systems administration, revenue operations, or sales operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS company
      - Expertise in sales technology such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Clari, and Delivr.ai
      - Strong understanding of business processes and how technology can enhance them
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3 to 5+ years of experience in a similar role is strongly recommended
      - Obsessive attention to detail, with the ability to streamline complex systems
      - Familiarity with intent data platforms, customer data platforms (CDPs), and analytics tools
      - Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
      - Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
