      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform revenue cycle duties related to contract management, revenue management, and insurance plan management
      - Communicate with insurance payers to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for services
      - Process requests to ensure accurate billing and maintain system setup attributes
      - Collaborate with other teams to identify process improvements and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA
      - Attend team meetings and training sessions as scheduled

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required
      - Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience in Revenue Operations or with various health care insurance payers
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for regular interactions with payers and internal teams
      - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills to address unique patient account situations

      - Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and manage stress effectively
