      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research, initiate follow-up, and resolve patient insurance claims
      - Navigate through various payer systems and internal systems to ensure timely and accurate resolution of claims
      - Drive results and continuous improvement in managing a high-volume insurance portfolio
      - Perform monthly reporting and manage workflow effectively
      - Maintain confidentiality of all company and patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
      - Experience in healthcare, medical billing, collections, credit remediation, or reimbursement is required
      - Excellent attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills
      - Proven problem-solving mindset
      - Intermediate computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook

      - Experience in healthcare reimbursement processes
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large amounts of detailed information
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
