What is Required (Qualifications):

- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel VBA
- Ability to adapt to a growing and dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in R, AutoCAD, Java, Simio
- Ability to research issues and identify solutions to complex problems
