      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure the correct Appraisal Report is uploaded into the platform
      - Prepare review forms for the reviewer and manage daily review workload
      - Update clients and reviewers promptly with relevant information
      - Deliver courteous and professional customer service to exceed customer expectations
      - Respond to or escalate system messages and issues from various stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Some experience in the banking or real estate appraisal industry
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
      - Proficiency in navigating web browsers and basic office software (Outlook, Excel, Word)
      - Ability to work remotely with a focus on self-improvement and company enhancement
      - Efficiency in responding to written messages through a computer system

      - Familiarity with appraisal management and review services
      - Experience working in a remote environment
      - Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
