      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare data to ensure seamless and efficient entry processes
      - Accurately perform data entry for incoming faxes while maintaining high precision
      - Organize and manage the electronic file room, overseeing filing and retrieval of medical records
      - Maintain positive communication with internal and external stakeholders
      - Conduct thorough checks on documents to ensure accuracy and completeness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 1 year of prior data entry experience
      - Completion of medical terminology and/or transcription courses
      - Effective verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficient data entry skills with emphasis on accuracy and efficiency
      - Familiarity with database utilization and data management systems
      - Strong telephone skills reflecting effective communication and professionalism
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
      - Competence in faxing documents and navigating various file formats
