      Reward Analyst (6-month fixed term)
      Locations:
      Salford Quays M50 3SP, Kirkstall Forge, Leeds LS5 3BF
      Full-time position: 37.5hours
      Salary range: £45,000 - £50,000

      Role Overview

      Provide reward support, analysis & advice to Bupa Care Services & wider Bupa business in the delivery of pay review and bonus using Workday and ResourceLink HR systems. Support with regular reward activities & supporting reward projects as required.

      What you’ll do:

      • Provide support and analysis to the Care Services Senior Reward Business Partner to deliver the annual reward activities in a timely manner including salary review & bonus administration using Workday. Working with Senior leaders and the People team to ensure the process runs smoothly and to published timescales.
      • Provide support to the Care Services Finance team to support pay review for the frontline colleagues using Resourcelink.
      • Support the delivery of activities that underpin the reward offering to all BGUK employees including job evaluation, annual incentive processes, pay governance and systems support.
      • Responsible for the submission of Pay Data pay benchmarking to include survey participation and analysis of survey data for the UK and Bupa Global.
      • Provide analytical support on key transformation projects as required.
      • Support the wider Reward team to manages the team central mailbox and responds to day to day queries from People Team colleagues and the business as required.
      • Support the Reward Team to maintain the library of reward information to ensure the most up to date reward information and policies are accessible to the business.
      • Manage the day-to-day relationships with key partners, including People Administration Services, Payroll, wider People Team and any new and existing external partners and suppliers.

      What you’ll bring:

      • Experience of working with Compensation modules of an HR system preferably Workday
      • Previous technical reward experience of supporting or running pay review and bonus calculations.
      • Numerical and analytical skills experience and working in environment that requires a strong attention to detail.
      • Experience of working with business stakeholders
      • Broad understanding of Reward.
      • Highly skilled in use of Microsoft Excel
