What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead projects to produce high-quality sales documents that meet customer requirements
- Educate customers on standard practices and demonstrate knowledge of the employer's products and services
- Utilize AI-enabled tools to draft, refine, and personalize RFP responses
- Curate and manage the RFP content library, ensuring accuracy and ease of search
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to extract and refine reusable content
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree required; or 3 years and a Master's degree
- 3+ years of experience in RFP/proposal writing, content strategy, or sales enablement
- Experience with RFP automation tools
- Proficiency using generative AI tools
- Strong writing, editing, and content structuring skills

- Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM-integrated RFP workflows
- Comfort with metadata tagging and content governance best practices
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure content performance and efficiency
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across departments
