Job Description
- Req#: RFPAN004442
- Analyzing and logging in Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs) and other solicitations to determine appropriate response formats and timeframes.
- Consistently communicating with Sales personnel and Company Principals on the proposal team regarding format, approach, status and deadlines.
- Compiling and reworking operational information, individual qualifications and corporate background sections to meet specific RFP requirements.
- Helping to develop and maintain the RFP Knowledgebase to ensure current and accurate information.
- Coordinating all related proposal workflow including SME assignments, review cycles, version control, processing support and adherence to proposal schedule.
- Producing complete documentation and RFP submissions for distribution.
- Performing analysis of competitive RFP submissions obtain through open record requests.
- Assisting the legal team and others as necessary to complete contracts after successful proposals.
- Performing other tasks under the direction of the RFP Manager that may be necessary to accomplish the team's objectives.
- Responsibilities of this position include responding to multiple proposal requests, coordinating and monitoring internal resources, and presentation production (including synthesis of both writing and graphics elements), production and complete documentation of the proposal process. Your proactive nature, ability to solve problems, eye for detail and strong communications skills both written and oral make you an excellent candidate for this position.

- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years' experience; or any combination of education and/or experience that would provide an equivalent background.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, English, Business or related field
- $72,906 - $83,112
