What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and monitor system behavior using Azure Monitor and other Azure-based tools to proactively resolve performance issues
- Provide integration support across enterprise systems, including Single Sign-On (SSO) and Financial Reporting (FR)
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting for distributed systems, focusing on logs, error tracing, and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to validate deployments and address production issues
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation related to workflows, dependencies, and system configuration changes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in system analysis or application support, with at least 2 years in Azure environments
- Hands-on experience with Azure Monitor, Logic Apps, DevOps, or equivalent Azure tools
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, log analysis, and error tracing methodologies
- Proven ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve production issues in complex, multi-tier environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Azure Application Insights, Azure Functions, or Event Hubs
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and system performance tuning
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements within regulated environments
- Exposure to SSO integration, financial systems, or warehouse management systems
