What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop winning RFP responses by collaborating with subject matter experts
- Create new content for proposals and maintain existing library content
- Edit content following writing guidelines and internal resources
- Support training and mentoring initiatives for content development
- Identify and drive technology enhancements for the RFP library
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in English/Writing/Editing, or relevant industry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Word
- Strong attention to detail and editing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with RFPIO Proposal Automation software
- Knowledge of Cigna's brand, products, and services
- Familiarity with Chicago Manual of Style
- Strong research, analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to network effectively within the company
