- Understanding of different go to market models and nuances of business operations from source to end consumer.
- Analyzing and understanding market data

- Understanding information, product and financial flows within supply chain.
- Business reporting and presentation skills
- End to End Promotional Planning with active collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
- Forecasting principles for base and initiatives
- Influencing, problem-solving and other important soft skills
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistics or supply chain.
- Curious, enthusiastic graduate with strong passion for supply chain
- Strong in Microsoft Excel and analytical skills
- Ability to blend in multicultural environment and to be a strong team player

Position Summary:
As a Supply Chain Graduate Trainee at Coty, you will embark on an in-depth journey through our supply chain operations. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will hone your analytical skills, problem solving skills, and enhance your planning capabilities. You will be exposed to both demand and supply planning activities which is pivotal in maximizing our customer experience. You will get to experience working with our well-known global brands in the cosmetics and fragrance industry such as Gucci, Burberry, Hugo Boss, Calvin Klein, Adidas, and more. This is a 12 months contractual oppurtunity.
