What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with the configuration, testing, and deployment of the Lema.AI platform
- Establish and refine continuous monitoring processes for third-party activities
- Develop and execute procedures to detect discrepancies in third-party attestations
- Document new Third-Party Risk Management processes, workflows, and procedures
- Create reports and dashboards to provide visibility into third-party risk exposure
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as a Risk Analyst, Compliance Analyst, or similar role in Third-Party Risk Management
- Direct experience with Lema.AI or a similar continuous monitoring solution is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and compliance frameworks
- Experience in documenting and implementing operational processes and procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements impacting third parties, such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively
