      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate, administer, and oversee onsite quality and risk management programs
      - Serve as the subject matter expert for quality improvement and risk management
      - Lead initiatives to enhance organizational processes for clinical care delivery and business operations
      - Conduct facility inspections and manage documentation for compliance with regulatory standards
      - Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and drive key performance measures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree with one (1) year of experience in Quality and/or Risk in a healthcare setting, or High school diploma with two (2) years of experience
      - Advanced capability with Microsoft Excel and other reporting software
      - Ability to manage, communicate, and negotiate in challenging situations
      - Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) required within 6 months of hire
      - Must pass Virginia Department of Behavioral Health & Developmental Services (VA DBHDS) background check

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - 2 years of experience with Quality and/or Risk in a healthcare setting
      - Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality
      - Expertise in Microsoft Excel and/or proficiency with SQL
