      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct specialist Risk Assessment surveys to identify potential hazards and risk factors at client locations
      - Document findings and provide recommendations to Account Executives and clients
      - Consult with clients on hazard control strategies to mitigate losses
      - Serve as a technical resource for Risk Control Consultants and Underwriters
      - Maintain communication with the Technical Director and Risk Control staff regarding ongoing projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field
      - Minimum of five years of experience in fire science, technical science, engineering, or property fire protection
      - Valid driver's license
      - Ability to attain appropriate certification to meet state-specific requirements
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 8 or more years of experience in Property/Highly Protected Risk (HPR)
      - Exceptional technical and interpersonal skills
      - Experience in technical training and mentorship
      - Understanding of insurance products and risk selection practices
      - Familiarity with Risk Control performance standards and policies
