      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform risk engineering site inspections for existing and prospective policyholders, addressing various levels of complexity
      - Generate technical property risk engineering reports to identify exposures and recommend controls for minimizing potential losses
      - Collaborate with Risk Analysts to resolve identified property risk engineering deficiencies
      - Mentor junior Risk Engineering Field Consultants in report generation and account management
      - Coordinate with internal and external resources on risks of varying complexity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline preferred
      - 8+ years of technical and/or engineering-related experience
      - Strong understanding of NFPA Codes and Standards or equivalent (Factory Mutual Guidelines)
      - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex decisions confidently
      - High level of proficiency across HSIP Risk Engineering core competencies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in conducting property risk engineering inspections and generating related reports
      - Familiarity with risk engineering practices and methodologies
      - Proven ability to mentor and develop less experienced team members
      - Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in risk management
