What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and proactively manage operational risks, controls, and process improvement opportunities
- Provide advisory support for divisional risk assessments and third-party risk assessments
- Maintain and manage documentation for risk assessments and compliance tracking
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure adherence to compliance frameworks and standards
- Develop training materials to educate staff on operational risk management best practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in risk management, audit, compliance, or related fields
- Strong capabilities in performing independent assessments and compliance reviews
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer service demands while meeting deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Possess or pursuing relevant risk or business certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA, CISM)
- Experience with project management related to assessment functions
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams
