What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Liaison with government customers to manage the review, audit, and authorization of RMF assessment and authorization packages
- Perform hands-on artifact review and manage package documentation
- Make recommendations on cost-effective security controls to mitigate risks
- Author detailed security assessment reports and plans of action and milestones (POA&Ms)
- Participate in discussions regarding organizational risk management strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the Cybersecurity field or a combination of related education and experience
- Active Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from ISC2
- Experience with assessment and authorization (A&A) and RMF processes
- Familiarity with NIST 800-53 controls and ability to provide security assessment reports
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional security certifications such as Security+ Ce, CySA+, SSCP, GSEC, GICSP, CND, or CCNA Security
- Experience with Visio diagram creation and modification
- Experience in RMF documentation creation and modification (SSP, CCB, COOP, etc.)
