What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or address violations of legal guidelines and internal policies
- Assist in evaluating and continuously improving the efficiency of compliance controls
- Help draft, modify, and implement company policies while collaborating with compliance and HR departments
- Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate
- Keep abreast of regulatory developments and provide advice or training to colleagues when necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- A graduate of an approved school of professional nursing, physical therapy, or occupational therapy and licensed in the state where practicing
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience as a registered professional (LPN, RN, PT, OT) with at least one (1) year in a home care setting or a BA in Healthcare
- Excellent knowledge of home health and hospice regulatory guidelines
- Exceptional communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Compliance experience is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of various fraud, waste, and abuse detection, deterrence, and prevention activities for Medicare
- Experience in processing Additional Document Requests (ADRs), Recovery Audit Programs (RACs), and appeals
