What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and facilitate performance improvement teams using the Lean framework
- Conduct quality improvement activities with central and local site leadership
- Document site-level quality improvement meetings, ensuring goals and action items are tracked
- Utilize quality improvement techniques such as workflow diagrams and process maps for analysis
- Provide data to sites to measure success and determine effective metrics for monitoring
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing
- Current registered nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Maryland or a compact state at time of hire
- Minimum of three years of RN experience
- At least two years of experience in data collection and analysis, report preparation, and problem-solving
- Strong facilitation skills to recommend solutions in team discussions

- Experience in quality improvement initiatives within a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with Lean methodology and performance improvement strategies
- Proficiency in data analysis and metrics development
