      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review inpatient medical records within 24 to 48 hours of admission for documentation accuracy
      - Formulate queries for missing, conflicting, or unclear documentation
      - Provide ongoing education to physicians and healthcare providers on clinical documentation improvement
      - Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to resolve documentation queries
      - Participate in training for new staff and develop training tools for quality documentation improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience (RN)
      - Current certification as a Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) or Certified Documentation Improvement Practitioner (CDIP)
      - Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing
      - Basic Life Support Certification
      - Licensed Registered Nurse (Pennsylvania)

      - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
      - Experience in clinical documentation improvement
      - Strong analytical thinking and problem management skills
      - Proficiency in computer literacy and interpersonal communication
