What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise the staff and operations of the Virtual Care Operation Center (VCOC)
- Collaborate with campus and VCOC leadership to enhance patient flow and capacity management
- Develop and integrate metrics and outcomes related to capacity management
- Provide ongoing feedback and career development through performance appraisals
- Engage in community activities such as the Diversity, Respect and Inclusion committee and health events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-5 years of healthcare experience
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- RN license required
- ASN degree required; BSN preferred
- PA RN license or a multi-state license verified through the Nursing Licensure Compact
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
