What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide clients through all steps of the rollover process from entity formation to funding
- Build rapport with clients via phone and email communication
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure timely filing of necessary documents
- Generate and prepare legal documents with accuracy and detail
- Assist clients with bank account setup and explain company products and services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age
- 1-2 years of customer relations experience required
- Passion for providing outstanding customer service
- Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
- Must pass a background check and meet work from home requirements
