What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify prospective customers through referrals, ad campaigns, and pre-booked lead appointments
- Conduct virtual or onsite inspections and assess roofing and solar needs
- Present tailored roofing and solar products and services to customers
- Create detailed estimates for customers, including materials, supplies, and labor costs
- Oversee job details from initial contact through to job completion
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in roofing, solar, or home improvement sales
- Ability to identify roofing supplies needed for new roof replacements and repairs
- Intermediate to advanced computer and phone skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Valid driver's license with a willingness to travel locally in NH and Northern MA
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of local building codes and solar regulations
- Experience with financing and rebate programs for solar installations
