      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify prospective customers through referrals, ad campaigns, and pre-booked lead appointments, without the need for cold calling
      - Conduct virtual or onsite inspections and assess roofing and solar needs
      - Present tailored roofing products and solar energy solutions to customers
      - Create detailed estimates for roofing projects, including materials, supplies, and labor costs
      - Oversee project details from initial contact through job completion, ensuring customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in roofing, solar, or home improvement sales
      - Ability to identify roofing supplies needed for new roof replacements and repairs
      - Intermediate to advanced computer and phone skills
      - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools such as Go High Level, Roofr, or Aurora
      - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally in NH and Northern MA

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Understanding of local building codes and solar regulations
      - Experience with financing and rebate programs for solar installations
