      You fully contribute to the delivery of the route-to-market team's KPIs and annual objectives and drive the national account strategy at a local level in outlets such as cash and carry, multi-site and other selected food service customers.

      How you will contribute

      You will:

      • Develop Route-To-Market (RTM) strategy and framework in the next 3 years to drive highest distribution across all retail environments versus total universe of stores (Nielsen Universe); Consistent provision of RTM review of both MDLZ and competition
      • Define future-ready effective and efficient RTM model
        Size of prize quantification & measuring progress
        Capabilities requirement (MDLZ, People & Distributor)
        Cross-functional engagement
      • Build monthly Right Store Scorecard & governance and measure progress + develop solutions;
      • Work with Field Capability Building Managers, Distribution Capability Development Manager & Perfect Store on achieving regional coverage saturation & numeric distribution ambition (strategy to tactics)
      • Co-plan with Distribution Capability Development Manager on capability agenda across ADMs and Distributor LT/supervisors;
        Be the lead Trainer on Right Store
        Co-driver of RTM Systems project as super user
