      Role: Senior RPA Analyst

      Remote- candidate should be able to work in EST/ CST time zone

      The IPA support resource works within the broader Release of Information Automation Program, which aims to streamline the retrieval, verification, and delivery of medical records in response to various requests such as:

      Patients requesting copies of their medical history.

      Attorneys requesting records for legal proceedings.

      Disability or Insurance firms needing information for claims.

      Healthcare providers or auditors requesting continuity of care (COC) or compliance reviews.

      Bots are deployed across major EMRs like Epic, Cerner, and eCW to automate repetitive tasks such as:

      Logging into EMRs.

      Navigating to patient records.

      Extracting or verifying documents.

      Uploading to Verisma's secure ROI platform or directly fulfilling requests.

      The support team ensures that this automation runs smoothly, minimizing manual intervention and ensuring timely record delivery.

      The IPA (Intelligent Process Automation) Support Resource at Verisma plays a critical role in maintaining the stability and efficiency of automation bots designed to handle Release of Information (ROI) from various Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems. The role involves continuous monitoring, issue resolution, performance reporting, and ensuring minimal disruption to automated workflows.
