What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build accredited Regularly Scheduled Series (RSS) activities in an online Learning Management System (EthosCE)
- Review RSS documentation for compliance with ACCME and institutional guidelines
- Communicate issues regarding RSS documentation and recommend resolutions
- Monitor and respond to general inquiries via the CME inbox and phone line
- Assist with customer support for live activities, conferences, and webinars
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: College or university degree in a related field
- Knowledge and skills developed through relevant work experience
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and follow-through capabilities
- Strong customer service skills and ability to enhance learner experience
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and external partners
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or event coordination
- Familiarity with ACCME, AMA, PhRMA, FDA, and OIG guidelines
- Experience working in an academic medical center or university
- Strong decision-making and analytical skills
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
