      RTC Rack Wash-Evening Shift LEAD

      To help the supervisor guide associates in 2nd Processing toward production goals and quality standards.

      * Excellent Attendance and Personnel record

      * Able to work with minimum Supervision

      * Ability to speak, read, and write English and Spanish

      * Able to operate basic office equipment (copier, 10-key calculator, fax, etc.)

      * Weekend work required as necessary

      * Ability to train new associates

      * Ability to perform all jobs in the department at line speed

      * Knowledge of workplace safety rules

      * Ability to complete paperwork accurately

      * Ability to perform multiple duties

      Education & Experience

      * GED or equivalent

      * Proficient math and computer skills

      Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

      Ability to work daily or weekly overtime when necessary

      Read and follow written instructions, ability to read, write and speak English

      Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions

      Have basic math and writing skills

      Work independently or within a team

      Education & Experience:

      Have some experience with machinery

      Have some knowledge of the processes in Further Processing
