      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct legal research on issues impacting the agency and assist with the rulemaking process
      - Draft, review, and maintain the agency's administrative rules and regulatory documents
      - Provide technical guidance on the administrative rule promulgation process
      - Support attorneys with drafting legal documents and tracking litigation matters
      - Monitor timelines for rulemakings and coordinate oral hearings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Current Arizona Driver License
      - Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience in a legal environment
      - Possession of a paralegal certificate or certification from a recognized body
      - Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state laws affecting the agency
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including legal writing expertise

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or a closely related field
      - Experience in government agency program administration and policy development
      - Familiarity with legal research methods and legal terminology
