      As a RV Sales Representative for Transwest Truck Trailer RV, you will facilitate the marketing and sales of new and used high-end motor coaches and procure motor home sales.

      ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
      • Create and maintain relationships with customers.
      • Sell new and pre-owned RVs.
      • Maintain strong knowledge base of all new makes and models.
      • Complete all required product training.
      • Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources (phone, walk-ins, newspaper ads, referrals, etc.).
      • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
      • Attend trade shows and other events as needed to represent Transwest and all manufacturers represented by the Company.
      • Manage a customer database (Salesforce).
      • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.


      WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
      • Perform ride alongs with potential buyers.
      • Climb in and out of vehicles.
      • Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of time.
      • Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment.
      • Ability to communicate by providing verbal / written feedback in a professional manner.
      • Normal range of hearing and vision.
      • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 45 lbs.


      REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
      • High school diploma or equivalent.
      • Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing.
      • Successful track record of developing relationships and closing sales.
      • Direct industry experience selling RVs is a plus!
      • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
      • Detail oriented.
      • Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.

      • Compensation Range: Earning potential exceeding $100,000

      • Shift: 1st, Varies,50 hour work week
