What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team of sales professionals in selling Identity Security Solutions to end users while leveraging channel partners
- Manage the strategic sales team and provide matrix leadership to supporting functions
- Develop and implement a 12-month business plan with milestones and actions to achieve sales goals
- Evaluate and refine sales processes, pipeline, and forecasting to drive improvements and growth
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to identify new business opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven track record of leading sales teams within high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity organizations
- Experience in transitioning sales from on-premises to SaaS solutions
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate people, processes, and structures within the sales organization
- Ability to articulate the value proposition of Identity Security Solutions confidently
- Must be able to demonstrate leadership and inspirational qualities to motivate sales teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with channel sales and building relationships with partner organizations
- Familiarity with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions
- Previous roles that involved direct management of sales professionals
- Understanding of compliance and governance requirements in enterprise environments
- Success in developing and executing strategic business plans
