      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a sales team focused on selling Identity Security Solutions to end users and channel partners
      - Manage the sales process, including pipeline management and forecasting
      - Develop and implement a 12-month business plan with specific milestones and actions
      - Evaluate sales strategies and customer relationships to identify improvement opportunities
      - Foster relationships with key leadership and support teams to enhance sales effectiveness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven track record of leading sales teams in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity organizations
      - Experience in transitioning sales from on-premises to SaaS solutions
      - Strong analytical skills to assess people, processes, and structures within the sales organization
      - Ability to articulate the value proposition of Identity Security Solutions confidently
      - Experience in hiring and developing sales talent

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with identity governance and administration solutions
      - Previous experience in a senior sales leadership role
      - Established relationships with key industry partners and stakeholders
      - Experience in developing long-term strategic business plans
      - Demonstrated success in achieving sales quotas and targets
