      Software Sales Expert (SaaS)

      iCarol - Remote
      Are you a self-starter, charismatic, and highly motivated with some prior success in hunting for, identifying, qualifying, and closing high quality business opportunities?

      Do you have an understanding, passion, or experience working with not-for-profits?


      CharityLogic, the makers of iCarol Software, is seeking a Software Sales Expert to join our Business Development team. As a Software Sales Expert, you will be responsible for identifying and fulfilling needs in our current customer base, as well as growing our customer base by identifying new organizations and markets for iCarol.

      This position's base salary is between $35,000-50,000/year based on experience.

      Responsibilities:

      • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
      • Engage with prospects and customers to understand their needs and educate them about iCarol’s products and services.
      • Strengthen and enhance relationships with new and existing customers.
      • Work together with the Sales and Product Management teams to identify market trends and potential features for the growth of iCarol.
      • Proactively look for opportunities and markets where iCarol can help organizations serve their communities and change more lives.
      • Continuously improve your knowledge of iCarol’s products and services to provide accurate information and address customer inquiries, as well as provide in depth product demonstrations.
      • Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads by consistently following up with prospects and tracking all interactions in our CRM system.
      • Meet or exceed targets for lead generation and sales bookings.

      What we are looking for:

      • Previous direct sales experience, particularly SaaS software sales
      • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and generating qualified leads.
      • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
      • Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
      • Inquisitive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Technical aptitude appropriate for a software sales environment, including the ability to learn and demonstrate the iCarol software to current and future iCarol customers.
      • Ability to work well autonomously in a remote environment.
      • Superior attention to detail and listening skills
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
      • Experience with Zoho CRM (or equivalent) for managing pipeline, opportunities, and sales.
