What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and provide support for parents, riders, and drivers during transportation
- Resolve issues and find creative solutions during rides
- Proactively identify and address problems before they occur
- Handle a high volume of calls and respond to SMS messages related to transportation
- Troubleshoot questions about mobile apps and website functionality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume call center environment
- Experience meeting or exceeding performance metrics
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Troubleshooting skills and proficiency with Google Suite and Macbook
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in a similar role in the transportation industry
- Familiarity with CRM systems and multitasking with various software programs
- Comfortable working early mornings, late nights, and/or weekends
