What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor in-progress rides and provide support to parents, riders, and drivers
- Resolve issues during rides, using creative solutions when necessary
- Proactively identify and address problems before they arise
- Handle a high volume of calls and respond to SMS messages about rides
- Troubleshoot questions about the company's apps and website
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a high-volume call center environment
- Experience meeting or exceeding performance metrics
- Ability to collaborate with team members and supervisors
- Troubleshooting skills and experience with Google Suite and Macbook
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a performance metrics environment
- Familiarity with Google Suite and Macbook
