What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a SAFe Agile Scrum Master, facilitating Agile practices and ensuring effective product development
- Manage and facilitate the scrum team's daily activities, including Sprint Ceremonies
- Coach and mentor team members in Agile methodologies, fostering ownership and self-management
- Identify and remove impediments to enhance team performance and focus on development
- Oversee project planning, including schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of related work experience OR 4 years of related work experience
- Certified SAFe Scrum Master
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to specifications
- Experience leading and coaching teams in complex or highly regulated environments
- Strong relationship management skills with internal business customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification as SAFe ASM or RTE
- PMP certification or at least 1 year of experience with traditional project management
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and technical analysis
- Background in leading teams through transitions from traditional project management to Agile methodologies
